PATRIMONIO LR I, Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable, hereinafter “GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA” or the “Responsible”, regardless of one from the other, is a legal entity constituted under the legal systems of Mexico, duly registered in the Federal Taxpayers Registry under the code PLI190524SIA.
GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA, in compliance with articles 3 fraction I, 15, 16 and 17 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, hereinafter the “Law”, is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data of its customers and of the natural and legal persons, with whom it has a business relationship, suppliers, service providers, commercial allies, and any other natural or legal person, who contact it, hereinafter they will be called the “Users”. The use and protection of data will be made following the principles of legality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, for this reason, informs the following:
That in accordance with the Law and with this Privacy Notice, GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA may request, collect, or store personal information of Users and Customers, being but not limited to: names, surnames, denominations and social reasons, address, occupation, gender, email address, mobile and landline telephone numbers, city, state and country of residence, bank account numbers, interbank keys, legal documents that prove the personality of their legal representatives or individuals, autograph signatures, taxpayers ID, immigration information, marital status, marriage certificate, among others necessary for GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA to comply with Users, whatever their nature, the development of their services.
GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA by means of this act undertakes not to disclose the personal data of the Users unless it has the authorization of the Same Users or that the respective authorities request to make such data available. Additionally, it will be authorized to display the personal information of Users in case of legal requirement by competent authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin (LFPIORPI).
The personal data referred to in this Privacy Notice may be collected by GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA when they are provided directly by Users at the offices of GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA, when they are necessary for recruitment, in the contracts and commercial agreements that it celebrates, as well as to make contracts with investors or when due to the nature of their business they have the need to process and / or use their personal data, so among the ways in which GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA will obtain your personal data are, direct contact with GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA or, where appropriate, when contact is made through its website www.lopezrosa.com , by telephone, text messages and / or whatsapp to the number 999 161 8145, or by emails to the address contacto@lopezrosa.com or others, through their commercial and strategic allies, as well as through any necessary and convenient means between the Users and GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA.

Personal data subject to processing.- The personal data of the Users that will be subject to treatment for the use of GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA are: names, surnames, names and corporate names, address, occupation, gender, email address, mobile and landline telephone numbers, city, state and country of residence, bank account numbers, interbank keys, legal documents that prove the personality of their legal representatives or individuals, autograph signatures, taxpayers ID, immigration information, marital status, marriage certificate, among others. GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA for no reason will request information considered sensitive such as that related to religion, state of health, sexual preference or political preference, since they are not part of the data necessary for the development of its object, however, if it were to request them, it will fully explain to the User, the reason for its request, as well as the treatment that will be given to them.
Purpose of processing personal data. – Personal data will be treated in accordance with the following purposes:
1. As a main purpose, for the formalization of contracts, recruitment and conclusion of contracts with investors;
2. As secondary purposes, to follow job applications, create digital files of staff and investors, service surveys, mailings, among others.
Users may request GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA, by sending mail to contacto@lopezrosa.com, that their personal data are not used for secondary purposes. GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA must respond to said request 24 to 72 hours after receiving the request, in which case, it will be limited to the use of your personal data for the main purpose.
Options and means that the Responsible offers to limit the use or disclosure of personal data. – GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA will protect the personal data of The Users inside computer programs with limited access through the use of passwords, as well as in files for the case of the personal data contained in physical documents, which will only be available to the staff of GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA which has been duly authorised for that purpose. The security of the information of the Users is a priority for GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA, that is why the information will be protected through the use, application and maintenance of technical and administrative security measures.
GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA has implemented internal policies and processes applicable to its staff, through which personal data are used by a minimum of people, limiting the use of the means of reproduction and generating the obligation to destroy all copies or reproductions of documents that contain personal data that are not strictly indispensable. The persons authorized to handle your personal data will be the directors, managers, the marketing area and the customer service staff of GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA and the persons or companies with which the responsible has strategic alliances. Regarding the team of GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA and its strategic allies, GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA undertakes, as an indication of goodwill in the handling of your personal data, to enter into confidentiality agreements with each of these agents, ensuring the privacy and protection of your personal data.
GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA, will not be responsible for the illegal interception of communications by third parties. In the event that GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA becomes aware of such circumstance, Users will be notified by any means so that the measures considered pertinent to safeguard their data are taken.
GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA states that it may make transfers of personal data of users or customers, which will be national, and will be made with the strategic allies that require it. The purposes of the data transfer are commercial. In case of transmission to third parties, the rights will be in force and will be mandatory for third parties to whom, where appropriate, the personal database is transmitted. GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA undertakes to carry out all the necessary steps so that the security measures on the data contained in the system are not altered when the aforementioned data transfer is made; and to ensure that the third parties acquiring the personal database of the Users are obliged in the terms established in the Privacy Notice.
Means to exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO). Users may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by submitting a request in terms of Chapter IV of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, by writing to the Responsible for the customer service area, sent to the email contacto@lopezrosa.com, request that must be attended within a period of 24 to 72 hours, extendable in terms of law, counted from the date of receipt of the request, with acknowledgment of receipt, issuing the corresponding determination for the legal effects to which there is place. Notices made by any other means are not valid.
The revocation of consent may be made in the same terms of the previous paragraph, through the respective cancellation request.
Changes to the Privacy Notice. In the event that GRUPO LÓPEZ ROSA requires to modify the content of this Privacy Notice, it reserves the right to change, modify, complement and / or alter this Privacy Notice, at any time, in which case it will be made known to users no later than 3 days after the modifications are made, through the website www.lopezrosa.com , and physically in offices and work centers, making available the new Privacy Notice, applying the provisions of the Law itself, for the manifestation of the will of the Users.
